چکیده
Eye is a critical part of the body that readily available and with damage having direct effects on life an individual. Delivery ocular drugs always remain challenging for healthcare professionals scientists all over world due to challenges dynamic opthalamic environment provides. These involves different barriers like corneal epithelium, stroma, sclera other bio-membranes (static barriers), choroidal or conjunctival blood flow, lymphatic clearance, tear turnover (dynamic barriers) efflux pumps/enzymes(metabolic barriers).Ocular diseases include various affecting parts eye. The eye presents comprehensive perspectives difficulties in distribution medicaments, primarily exceptional ability inherent this mechanism enter main circulatory system also barrier limitations. Even if conventional non-invasive invasive treatments drops, injectable preparations implantable devices are but these either have bioavailability issues serious adverse effects. Additionally, new concept nanoscience nano-technology gives pathway treating disease. Different active molecules were engineered communicate nano-carriers pass interact closely unique specific tissues. This study highlights latest advances nano-formulations ophthalmic diagnosis provides discussions mainstream about role nearby future.

Flavonoid Bioavailability and Attempts for Bioavailability Enhancement
Flavonoids are a group of phytochemicals that have shown numerous health effects and have therefore been studied extensively. Of the six common food flavonoid classes, flavonols are distributed ubiquitously among different plant foods whereas appreciable amounts of isoflavones are found in leguminous plant-based foods. Flavonoids have shown promising health promoting effects in human cell cultu...
متن کاملtoxicity evaluation of microemulsion (nano size) of sour cherry kernel extract for the oral bioavailability enhancement
background: in the recent years nanostructured materials have been the focus of researches due to their wide-spread possibilities to provide new shapes and structures for some materials. microemulsions can provide uniform nano-sized droplets for templating. microemulsions are isotropic, thermodynamically-stable systems of oil, water and surfactant with a 20-200 nm droplet size. they can be prep...
